Born in NZ and raised amidst the vibrant cultures of Australia and Hong Kong, I've always enjoyed stories and learning about people - from my mum's captivating tales from PNG to exploring ancestry and traveling the globe. I’ve always found ways to balance sports, jobs, and the complexities of life, with adventures including a year in the UK's New Forest and immersions in Muay Thai in Thailand to name a few.
Like many in the industry, my love for weddings ignited when I planned my own in 2012, a spark that still burns brightly today. As a teacher and celebrant, I do value the significance of ceremony in society and the meaningful impact it can have.
I’m definitely an open-book type of girl - part social butterfly, part homebody, with a love for both adventure and relaxation. My husband would say I’m outgoing and can make friends with anyone whilst my friends and kids would probably say I’m the fun but random one, always coming up with something new!
Beyond my passion for ceremonies, I enjoy creating family fun, relaxing at home, watching movies, listening to podcasts, exercising, dining out, traveling, shopping, and catching up with friends or discussing some new idea I’m onto.
